The top tablet is 1st quarter 2016 … every residential unit sold and closed, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes…  332 total units with an average closed sale price of $296,160, $120.72 / sq ft and 72 average days on the market… which was, if you read last years ..year in review; over a 10% increase from 2015!
