Revisions to HARP program

Monday, October 24th, 2011

Our ruler has revamped his failed HARP program that he put in place 2 years ago that was to help over 5 million Americans avoid foreclsoure… only he had no idea what the hell he was doing and put a cap of 125% Loan to value on the program… well the housing market in many areas is down 50-65% from peak. This program was doomed from the start , since he also signed into law new appraisal guidelines that have further drivien down prices nationwide,

while this is a positive for some Americans, dfor most it is useless. You need to be current on your mortgage, there are over 3.8 million homes currently defaulting in our country at this time. So that is 3.8 million people it will not help.

If our government would just allow theĀ  banks to foreclose, stop suing them every time there is a photo op and allow the system to purge thru this, we would have already been thru with this mess.

Extremely frutating to me to say the least, this has been handled so poorly from start to finish. I do not think it could have been handled worse and achieved worse results than how it has played out for real.

Someone stop our insanity, the media keeps patting this idiot on the back?

I have a question for you… when Tiger Woods scandal hit, with a week we had texts, interviews, exact location of his wherabouts and interviews with many friends and lovers… yet our president we do not have any information of childhood friends or anyone that knows him? How he got money to pay for college when he was sooo poor, etc… why is that?

justĀ  a question.

State of Florida tax revenues to fall drastically

Wednesday, October 12th, 2011

State economists are predicting that Florida’s tax collections will fall short by $1.3 billion to $1.7 billion over the next two years. Economists began meeting Tuesday to draw up a new forecast on state tax collections amid signs that Florida’s economy has been stalling over the last few months. Gov. Rick Scott and legislative leaders will rely on these forecasts to determine whether more cuts will be needed in 2012 to schools, health care and other state programs. Just a few weeks ago, lawmakers were told there was a small chance of a budget surplus for 2012. But that has been wiped away as tax collections have dropped below what economists were predicting just a few months ago.
